As Duo’s flagship thought leadership piece, the annual Trusted Access Report has driven millions of dollars in pipeline since its inception. In 2020, we expanded the report from print-only to include an interactive landing pages whereby users can engage with living data visualizations.

Working as the project’s operations lead, I was responsible for the yearly coordination of data collection, analysis, eBook design and landing page development. I led a cross-capability team of 15+ analysts, writers, designers and developers from initial brainstorming to publication, working closely with subject matter experts and PR to launch a detailed report and interactive web experience that garnered international media attention.
